Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I'm trying a recipe that bills itself as "the easiest Pad Thai you'll ever make." It says nothing about taste, so this science experiment could go terribly wrong.
