Yep - "Class War".
So that, when they do it to us, it's them "Pursuing The American Dream" - And when we say "Enough!", then all of a sudden it's "Class War".
Maybe because I don't have the kind of money I don't fully understand their objection.
Why are the extremely wealthy exempt from paying their share?
I'm pretty certain that they are only being asked to pay their fair share, I don't think anyone is asking them to pay more than the rest of us...
You have to remember that the era of the proud American industrialist passed by a few generations ago, only to be replaced by the venal, money-grubbing, Accounting Weasel - Most of whom have never built something with their own two hands or been a friend to someone who has.
The day of the maker is almost gone, and we're smack in the middle of the time of the "financial expert", the money manipulator and the chiseler, sneaky little rats who never saw a penny that belonged to somebody else that they didn't think belonged to them more.
A man walked into the ladies department of a Macy's, and walked up to the woman behind the counter and said, "I'd like to buy a bra for my wife"
What type of bra?" asked the clerk.
"Type?" inquires the man. "There is more than one type?"
"Look around," said the saleslady, as she showed a sea of bras in every shape, size, color and material. "Actually, even with all of this variety, there are really only three types of bras," replied the salesclerk.
Confused, the man asked what the types were.
The saleslady replied "The Catholic type, the, Salvation Army type, and the Baptist type. Which one do you need?"
Still confused the man asked, "What is the difference between them?"
The lady responded, "It is all really quite simple. The Catholic type supports the masses, the Salvation Army type lifts up the fallen, and the Baptist type makes mountains out of mole hills."
WOW!
I'm only 1/4 Italian, but boy-o-boy, do I have the hand gestures down pat!
It's a little scary, actually...
