STATUS UPDATE

So here we are looking around, taking a peek... hanging out.

On some thread a bit ago, some one said how annoying the FB was with all the trivial updating goings on.

Personally, I don't think my daily updating is all that interesting but some times I really feel the need to share.  My kitties don't give a whit and the bird...well, he lives in his own world.  His updates would mostly involve "lived another day"..."got some of that shredded stuff again (cheese)"  etc.

Mostly, I have you fine folks to droll on about my meager existence and occasional moments of wonderful.

 

So, here you go...Keep it brief...mundane with a bit of intrigue.

I have a very nice stack of unread books for the winter. I want to read one of Da Vinci's notebooks on light.

 

Got my crate of peaches today and they seemed not ripe enough to start preserving so I think I'll get going on that tomorrow. Twenty four pounds , wish me luck.

Last night we went to an Italian eatery that was next door to a Chinese restaurant. The waitresses in the Italian place were all Chinese. Ordered vegetable lasagna and she brought out a plate of tofu ravioli. I'm curious to order Peking Duck in the Chinese restaurant and see if I get a pork eggroll.

Life is so unpredictable these days.  There is a restaurant  chain called "Carlos O'Kellys"  what's up with that?  At my local 'mega-mart'  there is a remarkable sushi chef...he's not Japanese.  I don't go to a Mexican restaurant and want a hamburger.....sheesh.

 Had this dream that I'm trying to cross this old country road to a white church and there's a line of white cars in the road going slowly and the people in the cars had been through alot and paid their dues and there was one car going the other way that was white and I was in the middle of the road waiting for the long line of white cars to pass so I could cross to the small country church...............................

Since it seems that "white" is the focus of your dream, I looked that up...
