TBD

TBD on Ning

So here we are looking around, taking a peek... hanging out.

On some thread a bit ago, some one said how annoying the FB was with all the trivial updating goings on.

Personally, I don't think my daily updating is all that interesting but some times I really feel the need to share.  My kitties don't give a whit and the bird...well, he lives in his own world.  His updates would mostly involve "lived another day"..."got some of that shredded stuff again (cheese)"  etc.

Mostly, I have you fine folks to droll on about my meager existence and occasional moments of wonderful.

So, here you go...Keep it brief...mundane with a bit of intrigue.

Hop a plane , we're having thunder storms for the next couple of days but it gets down into the 50's at night.

It actually gets chilly, there I said it!! I've been scared to tell you guys cause I didn't want to sound like a brat.

Tired and can't go to sleep until I pull the retro meat loaf comfort food out of the oven . Everything else is ready to go, the new potatoes and the string beans from the garden.

Hey Merry, Don't be afraid to brag a little. When I'm in Florida for the winter I'll get you back. (:>)

You never know Robbie, someone might consider buying a summer house here in Maine. Renting or visiting isn't so bad either. There's a alot of houses going for under $50,000. around here.

Where in Maine are you?  I have some froends in Elsworth. About 3 years ago I drove I-95 all the way to Holton. Just so I could say that i hav driven the entire length of it. Visited in Elsworth and drove down to Bar harbor. my family and I had visited Acadia when I was stationed in Mass. But that was back in 75. Had another friend who retired to Maine in 80. They didn't make it through the first winter.(:>)
Millinocket and I was surprised that the snow was THAT high but I hadn't had that much snow and the snowfall in the state where I used to live was a disapointment. Although VT did experience a blizzard once on Valentine's Day and then nine monthes later a mini baby boom. March this year was tough but then March any year is sort of gloomy.

Cloudy all day..little bits of rain.  HUMID!

Never been to Maine but used to live in NH.

BTW, two of my favorite movies on tonight...back to back!   "China Syndrome" and "The Four Seasons"...oh, "Godfather I and II" have been on too! (GF II was lame but I really liked 'directors' cut best).  So shoot me..
Addendum:  GF III was lame..II was decent.
I finished my 20 hour work week today. Now I am getting ready to fly to the Pittsburgh meet. I have a long list of things to do. Currently doing laundry. Have to go take it out of the dryers and fold it. Then I am going to settle in and drink some beer and play on tbd.

Heading for bed.

Early flight tomorrow.
