Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Last night it was a Thai marinate pan fried chicken thigh, and from the local convenience store, India chick peas and rice and veggies. YUM!

I wonder what culinary delights await me tonight?

I made another trip to the convenience store and got more India food....tonight I had something marked "spinach and cheese" which I put over Minute Rice, and boiled two Stadium Brats to go along with it. Very tasty, that India food.

I'm not sure brats go w/Indian but wth..sounds good. I pecan crusted chicken (managers special for $1.89) with raspberry sauce (melted jam), peppermint (pink/white) beets and peas. Tasted pretty good.
