Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Well, today during work I stopped at the grocery store in the next little town south of me, where mi amigo Miguel makes some dynamite mexican take-out items. Today he had beef and bean fajitas. I got one, and took it back to the office and consumed it! Man O Man was that good! It was a wee bit warm, like it should be. I quelled the flames with a Coke.
Then, when on the way home, I stopped at the local gas station/convenience, which is now under new ownership. The new owners carry some Indian (India) foodstuffs. I got a couple of items to try...tonight I had chick pea soup. It also was very good...and a little spicy.
Note to self: Go out to car now, and get the jar of Tums. I could be paying for this double header of international delights.

I had leftovers AGAIN - Italian sausage, mashed potatoes & collard greens.
That was the last of the sausage. There's one more serving each of the greens & potatoes.

We went to Tony B's. I ate one of their outstanding hamburgers and Caleb ate a grilled cheese. You may of may not have noticed Caleb has taken to eating grilled cheese at least once every day.

I like that boy.
I eat cheese toast, a poor substitute for a grilled cheese sandwich, every weekday morning that I go to work.
