Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I think I'm heading for a Scotch now. For god's sake, don't let me talk to Katidid. The last time I had Scotch while visiting on the phone w/Katidid (last Friday evening) I wound up booking a flight to Philly! ;-p

I went down to the old rib joint, reborn as a bar and grille now, and had a pulled pork sammich, fries, and yuppie cola.

You, know, anything that isn't Coke, Pepsi, RC, or the mass produced like.....its a designer fountain drink and an upscale (more $$$) bottled cola.  Its the only thing one can get in many of the eating establishments up here on The Leelanau.
