TBD

TBD on Ning

Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Do you like Chinese food?

Java Chip Frappucino ice cream, 3 hard ciders & a beer.

I'm medicating.

Apparently...just don't start dancing on the table.   Wait...that might be a good idea!  Dancing....not on the table...   Get the D-man and go for a twirl.

Well, tonight I stopped at the newly reborn rib joint (I worked there sporadically the past two summers), which now is a bar/restaurant.  My old boss there, George, was really raving on a black bean burger that he invented, and is now on the menu at the new venue.  Feeling adventurous, I ordered it.

Boy, did that sing suck!  I'll be letting George know it the next time I see him.  It was like mush on toasted bread.

I'd been home about an hour, when the neighbor from across the street came over with a grilled burger, with grilled red, yellow and green peppers, on a plate for me.  Oy, if I had only known....I would have saved my money and time from the black bean burger fiasco.

Black bean burger?????      ......really doesn't even sound right.
Sounds interesting...what goes in the burger besides black beans & what goes on the burger? I have eaten some vegie burgers that were majorly delicious, crunchy w/ flavors that are not present in plain old beef.
Soda, someone's retirement cake, and pie.
Umm....was that breakfast?
Whatever a meal is called at 2:00 AM.

Beef & bean burritos made with left-over swiss steak, piled high with all kinds of goodies on a whole wheat tortilla.  Yummy

BBQ ribs off the grill, home made pasta salad, and store bought coleslaw,(usually make my own, but it was on sale, and Marzetti's slaw dressing ain't cheap)

Got out of work early.  Drove past the Chinese place that has a lunch buffet for $6!  Filled my take away  to the max and headed to Costco to p/u Rx's.  Big mistake.  Place was packed and the sample people were out in force.  Some very tasty gnoshing went on.

Needless to say my lunch will be my supper.  I think it'll be fine.

I ate a hamburger at High Point and Caleb ate a chopped steak and mashed potatoes.
