"HOW DOES A PERSON KNOW WHEN IT IS TIME TO MOVE ON FROM AN OLD RELATIONSHIP ONTO A NEW ONE?"

I would like your opinions on this question. We all know it's not that easy. But what can we really do to make it happen. Should we try not to try take our baggage , or drama with us...or should we say, hell with it...and move full speed ahead?

It would be very interesting to hear what each of you has to say on this topic. This should be an interesting discussion.

Its usually been one date for me.

I guess it might have something to do with fear of commitment.  I've been told that a few times.

I dunno, I've always been a "thrill of the hunt" kind of guy.  ;-0

Well Stir Young, you at least know who you are. You are afraid of commitment. But you love the chase. lol  At least, you're being honest with yourself and others.

Sometimes, we think we're ready, until the same things start to happen like before in the new relationship. That's when we realized that we weren't really ready after all. We thought by burying it, instead of dealing with it first...that we are now ready to move on. But that's just not the case most of the time. So, that's why we shouldn't just say it, we got to believe it deep, down inside.

When you start to recall more often past memories (of other lovers).

Restraining order.
I ask mom.
A woman was sipping on a glass of wine while sitting on the patio with her husband.

She says, "I love you so much. I don't know how I could ever live without you."

Her husband asks, "Is that you or the wine talking?"

She replies, "It's me... talking to the wine."
LOL..That's a good one, Aggie!

A man was sipping on a glass of wine while sitting on the patio with his wife.

He says, "I love you so much.  I don't know how I could ever live without you."

His wife asks, "You wouldn't ever remarry?"

He replies, "I don't know if I ever could."

"But I'd want you to find someone.  I wouldn't want you to be alone."

"Really?  You wouldn't be jealous, looking down from heaven?"

"No, I wouldn't."

"Not even if she moved into this house?"

"No."

"Even if she slept with me in our bed?"

"No.  None of those things would bother me.  You could even let her wear my clothes."

"Oh, no," said the husband.  "I would never want her to do that."

"But why not?  I know how much it turns you on when I wear that rinou...  Wouldn't you want her to wear it for you?"

"Well, it'd be much too large."
