I've got to get my car inspected, the oil changed, and go to the DMV for my driver's license renewal.  I'll get that out of the way early so I can enjoy this beautiful day.  My allergies are really kickin' in, but life is good, and I plan to make the most of the day.

Good morning!  That breakfast is making me hungry!  Going for landscaping supplies this morning and then an open house this afternoon.  Should be a full day.  My horoscope said to expect the bizarre and ostentatious....I hope it's not too bizarre.

belle, are you trying to sell your house? I was a Real Estate Agent. Sucked at it, So I trained and became an appraiser, Liked that. and made more money. Then Real Estate stared downhill and I turned my work over to some younger people who needed the money. I undestand that the job has now become so high pressure that it is no longer fun. Oh well, I'm now working for a place to park my RV. I guess you could say I'm still in real estate.

Robbie, I was a real estate agent too.  I only got my license on a dare, but I sold a house, and lost interest.  Not my thing.  And it costs way too much money to get started and keep up with it all.  I couldn't afford to do it full time.

Morning all....another hot day starting up. 
Kiefer is home from camp and we will be bringing the new kitten home today. Should be an exciting time introducing him to all the other critters.

Have been away far too long...the days just run together

In order for me to go to Oregon this July am having to do contract intakes on my day off (monday) so am bummed I have to work and extra four hours a week...yet grateful for the opportunity to make extra money

things get crazier and crazier by the day at work and have been so tired by the time i get home am lucky to get my jammies on, watch a little tv to veg and debrief....and another day is here, then another week...time is going very very fast these days..

am off to a meeting and then to a naropa university alumni gathering this afternoon in denver

Cat. You haven't mentioned the Kayak lately. Thought you would be on the river by now?

Robbie, I picked up my kayak, brought it home, and it's sitting here. I just got my launch permit in the mail yesterday, and with the rains we've had, I'm not real keen on going out alone right now. We had 3 kayakers die in the past two weeks.  Inexperienced, but the waters are still full of debris and I'd rather go out with someone for now.  So I need to find myself a good kayaking partner.  Anyone game?  I've actually been lazy and rather than kayaking, I've been going to the water park and taking a raft on the "lazy river". . . LOL, true!  Just got home from there.

Hi Thally, I guess technically, DMV, not really, but they have a kiosk type thing at AAA, that I can get my picture taken and new license.
