Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.
Round 3 of burger w/oven fries. I think I'm done with that. Now, what to do with all this HAM? Might make a quiche tomorrow...then, another quandary....what to with those leftovers...?
Hillshire farms Brauts wraped in paper towels and microwaved, then wraped in a slice of wheat bread with sweet pickle relish and spicy brown mustard. Washed down with two glasses of red wine.
I forgot to bring my delicious crab goodies for dinner at work, so I ended up with the hummus and veggie plate from Nordstrom. It did the trick at least.
On the way home from work I stopped at the Knot and had the luncheon special.....cream of broccoli soup and a ham and slaw sandwich, and a Coke. Very tasty meal.
