The closest fire to me is about 40 miles to the west. Would have to have a strong west wind to affect me, and so far the wind is either blowing south or north.  The fires have really taken a toll on property...one life lost...a volunteer fire fighter.....so sad.The humidity is up...that will help.

Morning, gang! I'm working on house projects all day today. I have a lovely young helper who will keep me on task. Paying someone to help me keeps me working instead of playing on tbd all day. ;-p

p.s. it's rather pathetic that I have to pay $ to insure that I'm productive b/c the risk of procrastination is so high. well... at least I'm solution-oriented, yes?

Wow, Wow, Wow! I worked hard today! You guys must've granted my request of wishing me a good, productive day, b/c we worked from 8:15am-7:15pm w/only a half hour break for lunch!

I'm really tired now, but need to go paint.
