STATUS UPDATE

So here we are looking around, taking a peek... hanging out.

On some thread a bit ago, some one said how annoying the FB was with all the trivial updating goings on.

Personally, I don't think my daily updating is all that interesting but some times I really feel the need to share.  My kitties don't give a whit and the bird...well, he lives in his own world.  His updates would mostly involve "lived another day"..."got some of that shredded stuff again (cheese)"  etc.

Mostly, I have you fine folks to droll on about my meager existence and occasional moments of wonderful.

 

So, here you go...Keep it brief...mundane with a bit of intrigue.

It is just that I generally do not care for cartoon movies. As they go this one was one of the better ones.

I'm not much of a fan either.

I've seen a few and they were okay, but I didn't buy the DVD :-)

I'm always at least a year behind on the good films.

Its been a couple of years now since I went to a movie....back when I had the girlfriend.  We always went to "chick flicks", although we usually had a difference of opinion at what a "chick flick" actually was.

 

I don't recall what the names of these movies were, or who starred in them, or what they were about.

 

Other than that, I have mostly good memories of movie nights.

Doing laundry. 

Watching "Civil War" on PBS.  It's a sobering "movie".  A savage point in the heart of America.

Worked today came back to the RV and walked "Happy" went to the store and bought some esentials. "BEER"!

Then got on the computer.

Hoping I don't get blown away. It is very dark and we have wind gusts to 40 mph right now. Looking for heavy rain and storms later.

We had some heavy storms here about 4 hours ago.....the kind that sounds so good while you're still in bed. Wind whipping around the house, rain pounding the windows, thunder and lightening threatening to beat down the doors. Now the sun is rising in a cloudless sky and the green will get greener and the blooms will rejoice.

This storm must be covering the nation...heading this way later this afternoon--rain, thunder, lightning, high winds.

Maybe it will blow winter out of here once and for all??!!??
