TBD

TBD on Ning

Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Do you like Chinese food?

*sigh*.....Life is good...so is love.
Wow......Wish I  was the one sitting there.....Your a lucky lady & vice versa I'm sure....The dinner & beautiful setting tells a good story of love & affection...Nice.

Thank you, caseyjo - & yes, I am very, very lucky. And you know what? I really am grateful every single day for this beautiful man in my life & the great love we have for each other. It's amazing. Truly.

And Bob & Jaylee....

yes, I certainly do - yes, it is & yes, it is! '-)

Well, against my better judgment, I bought chicken breasts today....firstly, the store had no packaged thighs, and secondly, the breast were $1.00 off.

I then wrapped then indiidually and froze them, save the one I cooked up for dinner.  As I've been prone to do lately, I baked the breast smothered in cream of mushroom soup.

I gotta say, that chicken breast had no taste of its own....it only tasted like cream of mushroom soup and the cayenne peeper I seasoned it with.

Oh well, only four more of those little suckers to choke down sometime in the forseeable future.

Chicken is very forgiving but pretty much just a vehicle for all the other stuff thrown at it.   I have a really good recipe for Chicken Divan that requires the chx to be poached in chx stock.

You can check out allrecipes.com...they help me out a lot!

Sorry, not much to offer you on this one except I like the dark meat too.

Maybe take off the peeper, it could be looking over your shoulder making you nervous....:)
Last night's leftover instant mashed potatoes, and a spicy Italian sausage pattie.
Reruns for me too.   Hamburger w/o oven fries.  I had fried taters/2 eggs for b-fast so I think I'll round out the day w/brussel sprouts on the side.

Quinn make note.

Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes.

We went to Arby's. Fine dining at its best.
I like their chocolate turnovers.
That sounds good.
