Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Sauteed green beans and 'amour' potatoes from my friend Mac's garden, with a lovely onion-seasoned sausage or two.

Leftovers..... Great Northern Beans from a jar and stewed italian tomatoes from a can, with some mozzerella cheese, spiced up with some hot sauce. A peach for dessert. I hope I don't become, er, "volatile" later on.
