What beach .....

I think after we leave Bavaria we should visit Chez's beach...It must be on the French Riveria, don't you think?

O, and yes, I have been to the beach this summer--Ocean City New Jersey. I escaped the heat that time. I'm heading back down tomorrow I may not be so lucky this time.

I dunno where that beach is....it could be on Lake Michigan. We have a few nice sandy beaches around here, although Lake Michigan does not have them over its total coastline.

I've walked or hiked to various beaches around here several times this summer.....I haven't sun bathed or swam yet, though. It takes a while to warm up enough for me to venture in.

Here's the beach right around the corner from my house. Its where Lake Michigan meets Grand Traverse Bay.

Sadly...no seashells...just a bunch of Alwives if the tides turn just so....

Hi, Craig, you're very observant!

I haven't been to the beach yet this summer, but when I go in August, it will be this one, at St Brevin, on the mouth of the Loire.

The big tide is near the end of the month, so we'll go shrimping.
