...notes on a conversation with God...

I've met God across his long walnut desk with his diplomas hanging on the wall behind him, and God asks me, "Why?" Why did I cause so much pain?
Didn't I realize that each of us is a sacred, unique snowflake of
special unique specialness? Can't I see how we're all manifestations of
love? I look at God behind his desk, taking notes on a pad, but God's
got this all wrong. We are not special. We are not crap or
trash, either. We just are. We just are, and what happens just happens.
And God says, "No, that's not right." Yeah. Well. Whatever. You can't
teach God anything.

So, now, with a smile on your face, and just being who you are, get back to planning that garden space, and selecting those new varieties, and look forward to being part of "creation"
yourself. Just remember, that though you can't teach God
anything?....He's still pretty good at helping us do what we do in the
"dirt"...in, and with, Life.

(That's just MY opinion...your results might vary!)

Dramatization of a conversation with God

God: I know you've have had a lot on your mind lately Mari. Is there something I can help you with?
Mari: Yeah, make it stop snowing!
God: lol, it isn't that easy. It's not my job to intervene. I'm here to strengthen and enlighten.
Mari: Fine! then can you at least tell me what colors you are.
God: Why do you want to know my colors?
Mari:...because I can understand colors better than words so maybe I can understand you better.
God: There's no need to look further child...just look at Daddieo's photograph on top and tell me what you see.
Mari: I see contrasts of light and darkness and a stream snaking into the valley. I also see a rainbow beyond the darkness penetrating through the gloom. I see tiny fragile pink blossoms in the foreground of parched grass. I imagine greener pastures beyond the horizon, but upon closer look the scenery here is just as beautiful in its sweeping majesty and barren beauty.
God: Good observation. Now to answer your question...I am light (all colors that comprise the spectrum). I am the darker hues of the thunderous clouds, the pink in the flowers' petals, the rainbow in the distance, and everything in between. I am what you see me to be and beyond.
Mari: Does that mean you don't exist beyond my mind and eyes.
God: No dearest. I exist in the eternity of the moment and beyond the ends of time as the light that hold the cosmos together. Yet, like photographers and painters, people bring their own angles of me to the table and each angle enriches the other. Bare in mind, noone can capture light only harnass part of it as Daddieo has done in his photograph of the valley.
