Fathers Day 2011

My dad died in 2002, and I don't have any kids, so Fathers Day, other than as a time for some introspection, has diminished in value for me over the years.

Today, however, my mother, one of my brothers, and I had a unique experience....we had brunch with my nephew and his wife and their four month old daughter. The nephew and family live in the Chicago area, and were passing through our neck of the woods on their way home. We met up in the city to the south of us.

The man looked into the mirror and saw staring back at him a handsome, youthful gentleman with flowing black hair, flawless skin, broad shoulders, and washboard abs.
