TBD on Ning

Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Do you like Chinese food?

Tonight is going to be one of my favorites. Chicken picotta, and a side dish of a blend of wild and whole grain brown rice. I used to make veal picotta, but it is too expensive, and I found that if i pound out the chicken thin enough it makes a fine substitute.
yum-mee, TeeBubba.
I think I might have a sauted chicken thigh, a couple of ears of sweet corn, and a tomato tonight.
Boneless pork chops marinated in a mix of Hoisan Sauce, A-1 Steak Sauce, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Italian Dressing (from the pizzeria where I work), Cajun Hot Sauce (not even 1/2 a teaspoon) and 3 oz. of Miller High Life.
Served with a vegetable medley of green, yellow and red bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery and white onion and mashed potatoes.
Dessert: Bryer's Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.
Why thanks Quinn, I'll be right over! Left to my own devices, I'd probably just have a peach for dessert. They're really in season here now.
I don't know where to start.... Thee - YUM!

Stir - MICHIGAN PEACHES! mmmm......... can you please send me some??
I don't know why Georgia has a reputation for peaches & Michigan doesn't - Michigan's peaches are delicious, and beat any Georgia peach I've ever had!

Oh, and I had pan-seared ribeye tonight with.... what else? sauteed Vidalia onions. '-)
We made it to that great Southern institution, The Waffle House tonight. I ate eggs, sausage and scattered hash browns. Caleb had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit.
Oh, I LOVE Waffle House! Haven't been there in years. A cheese omelette
& hash browns, scattered, covered & smothered. mmm!!!!!!! '-)

Mine did not look that good.
Look good????
I'm gagging right now...
ROTFL!! Quinny, you Yankee, you crack me up! ;-D
Guilty as charged!
