The Conservative Political Action Conference, (or CPAC, pronounced SEE-PACK by the regulars), meeting this week in National Harbor, Md., is the largest annual confab of right-wing activists—and this year it's boasting an impressive line-up of speakers.

With a packed schedule full of panels with titles like "Should We Shoot all the Consultants Now?" and "Expanding the Conservative Movement with the Hispanic Community," the conference is seeking to hoist activists back into the political game after November's bruising election.

I love how they invited washed-up never-weres like Palin, Gingrich and Rick Perry, yet make a big deal out of excluding the most popular republican in the country: Chris Christy. And their message is "looking for new ideas" and "reaching out to America".

This was not a "political action" summit - This was a beer bash on leftover campaign funds. Only the goggle-eyed faithful are fooled by the rhetoric.

betcha they was beer goggles...just sayin.....

Having watched a fiar amount of the CPAC speaches I wish someone wuold make a comic book of idiot statements gleened from them.
