Microwaved Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

    Fresh corn on the cob

Directions

    Husk and de-silk corn. Wrap each ear individually in wax paper.
    Microwave on high 2 minutes for each ear of corn (for example: 4 ears would cook for 8 minutes). Remove from microwave.
    Carefully remove wax paper allowing for steam to escape. Corn will be hot!

Went to a Tupperware party, and ordered a microwave safe container with the venting hole, love tupperware. I will have to make the corn using this method, sounds easy. Thanks Trish!
