It's Friday.

Chucks is gone and so is his Q&A Group. As JayLee feared so are the Vibes. Since there is no Question and answer group there appears to be no check in.

 

So Let's do it over here. It's the start of the weekend! Time to have fun.

 

There is all kinds of bad news.

1. Looks like tbd is splintering.

2. After two days the TBD Stalwarts has only 7 members.

3. The Stock Market tanked yesterday.

4. The end of the world is near.

5. The Zombies are still here

I could have postponed this trip by a week, but decided to come anyway.  I like the adventure aspect of it all.  I do have rain garb with me, and will venture across the street to the locks at some point.  Its kinda cozy here in the room, truth be known.

I went out and had breakfast, came back and donned the rain gear, and ventured forth for a couple of hours.  Rain has now stopped....its just chilly and damp now, and there's a break in lockage.  It may very well be time for a little, uh, eye resting.

God bless you, Beth, working on Sunday! I am still here, but off work today.  I am asking for prayer to anyone who prays.  My daughter is in the CCU (Critical Care Unit) at OC Memorial Hospital, she had surgery  (deviated septum) last week and Friday she lost 750 ml of blood and was admitted.  She also has a breathing tube as her sinuses and airways are swollen so, she needs an sedation and restraints- since she already tried to pull the thing out. She is fiesty like me, but I just pray she will be well again and that I keep my cool when i speak to her doctor today about what his next steps are and why the heck she is bleeding like that. Prayers are appreciated and more than welcomed. Thank you!

I appreciate that, Kooner. Thank you very much! I am trying to remain calm, but I am protective over my cubs. My dad is saying i should look into malpractice, but my first priority is for her well-being and that over rides my anger for now.  Thanks for caring and responding!
