Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.
Salmon that I topped with fresh spinach...added white wine to the pan and covered until the spinach wilted then added brie cheese that melted slightly before I devoured it all.
I tried them a couple of months ago Mary, and everybody that night said they were great.(I was out of black olives and substituted the Kalamata) I don't use a ton of them because they have a pretty strong taste.
