The velcro thing must run in my family

My one son-in-law is a 6'5" cop. He was working an accident scene early this week on one of the windy days in Youngstown. He tried putting on his fluorescent, reflective mesh type vest with the word "Police" on the back. A TV station was there rolling cameras as well as the newspaper taking pictures. He struggled with the vest in the wind and ended up with it inside out. The velcro straps wouldn't work this way and on the back it read "eciloP". Luckily, he didn't end up on the news or in the paper.
