My rant: I'm w/Ubu & TeeBubbaDee... the pissing contest that is tainting our threads is sucking the fun out of interacting here. :-(
We're already on our last leg - I hope the personality conflicts will move to higher ground. Words of wisdom that have guided & helped me... One person can't have an argument.

For the times when all that goody goodness just doesn't work for you anymore. You just got to unload whatever is bugging you.

This thread is for those fun rants and raves. You can also demean, smear and besmirch all you want.

Opening post:

I should share how I came up with the idea for this thread at TBD2.

There were two threads running at the same time in the forum. One was started by one who felt they were being castigated by nearly everyone they came in contact with. The other thread was very vindictive towards other individuals. I was a martyr by reading both threads and really getting tired of both of them. One thread was closed by the moderators the other was closed by the originator. Something was missing in my life when they closed. The result? The birth of this thread.

Have fun. (and mostly at Larry's expense) Yes, I got the first shot.

A one night sleepover of four teenage boys and the carnage? Candy wrappers everywhere, twenty four pop cans with varying levels of fluid still remaining, all available blankets left in crumpled heaps. Somebody let the cat in the house for the night and the one unoccupied bed had this gigantic wet spot right in the middle of it. :-)

$350 in materials, 1 out of 3 the hired help show up, $30 in meals, $25 in beer, forgot the kolaches, phone calls to Pru disconected 4 times, $120 spent on labor.

Total work done: 4 boards on the wall. Priceless!
