We are currently under a severe weather warning. It is raing very hard and sideways. There is thunder and lightning. The NOOA weather station is explaining how to escape from a rip current. What idiot would be swiming during this weather?

Thanks Aggie, I needed that encouragement for the next time. It's 60 degrees in my basement and dry, I really don't break into a sweat. The rings come off though.

The bottom one was taken of me about 3 weeks ago. I started back easy this morning, I rode my motorcycle to the gym.
