She was driving a large Cadillac SUV. If she crashed into something, she probably wouldn't have gotten hurt. What's the problem? Cell phone usage while driving is ok as long as you're driving a very large vehicle.

CT has had that law for a few years, in the begining everyone was getting nabbed, as time goes on it has slowed down abit, personally I use a H/F device, I have since before it was a law, it does make driving much easier, and it allows me to use my laptop :)
