Cut out all high fructose corn syrup and sugar. Read all labels you will be shocked how many things have HFCS. Go for fresh and no processed foods. This may not be the fastest way but it is healthy.
Stop eating or eat once a day or every other day and start walking. OK not everyone can just stop but radically change your diet...vegies and stuff. Also add a multi vitamin so your smaller intake will not lose all those trace elements that can make you sick.
I agree, you two, it is not healthy to eat once a day. Your body needs fuel and it needs it regularly, just like your car. It won't run better if you overfill the tank, but it will stop (or in our case, run badly) if you don't give it enough. My rules? Decide how much you need to eat, and spread it evenly over the day. Portion control is the key. And if it's not good for you, don't buy it. (I have to do this, because if it is in the house I'll be tempted.)
I'm no nutritionist, Bonnie, but I find that exercise is essential for me, and fresh foods - no prepared dishes or commercial baked goods - and lots of water. In the winter last year, when I spent too much time on the computer, I noticed my ankles getting puffy. I set the timer and regularly got up and out for a walk (if it was raining, I danced!) - it helped a lot.
Piece of cake ... LMAO LMAO
