A few days ago I decided to clear out my huge graphics folder. When I had pages at another site, I used a lot of graphics. I had 'theme pages': everything from my favorite tv shows to my favorite colors, etc. My Graphics folder, even after a bit of weeding, was still 20.2 GB. Within two days, I've now deleted 3GB of graphics. My main idea was to keep only what I'd use here or in emails; then I wanted to be sure I have two complete copies of 'everything' I want to save. Years ago, I lost a lot of things when my 2T drive quit. Now, I have a 5T external drive plus 4 flash drives. Hopefully, once I have this done, even if 'something' quits, I'll still have everything I want to save: family photos, fonts I use, digital books I have but haven't read, and yes, graphics.
I've also been cleaning out other things besides things on my computer. I found a box of Star Trek magazines and some old Fanzines (mainly Star Trek, but some Dr. Who). Today I decided to read one that sounds very interesting: "The Doctor and The Enterprise". It's a crossover story where Dr. Who accidentally lands on the Enterprise (Star Trek). I know I've read it, years ago, but I don't remember anything about it. So that's my 'book' for tonight.

By the time I stopped for the night, my graphics folder was down to 9GB!! And there's still almost 50 folders to go through. I'm sure most of those are Duplicates, so...I don't expect to keep many from those folders.
