When my dad was about that age, he was terrified by a large gander on his farm. My grandma used to tell me about how she would have to run to the back door when she heard dad hollering....so she could let him in quick before the goose got him.

Afraid my condos won't be that fancy but they are gonna have the latest in money-saving (for me) features, for ex.: clear, see-through outer walls. That way I won't have to listen to tenants whining about "when you gonna re-paint?" every time I turn around. My inspiration:
