In the grand scheme of things, she was happy!

> She was able to be with and play with the grand kids 3 days a week,

> Although the weather wasn't that warm, was able to go out on the deck and play with them a couple of times,

> Was able to go out for Pizza with all the kids 4 day before she passed away.

> Although she was on some pain medication, it wasn't apparent to either the kids or friends who stopped by!

Her life was cut a little short, as we both thought she had some additional time. But she passed in peace, and that's all that counts!

Thought I'd stop and give you and update....

Carolyn's lung cancer continues even though she has undergone Chemo treatments for it. As a result, she has been placed on Oxygen 7x24 and has been moved to Hospice care, although she doesn't need any assistance as yet!

The good news is She's is able to walk around the house unassisted, and can do minor tasks and take her own shower.
