TBD on Ning

Hello Folks,
Welcome to our little coffee shop, where we just gather when we want to
take a little break, chat with whomever might be here at the moment and
get to know each other. It's a friendly little place and everyone is
welcome. Just say hello and folks here should respond. If no one
happens to be here at the moment, just stick around or keep an eye on
the last post to see who pops up to greet you

Hi, gang! It's so good to see everyone here - and even my TeeBubbaDeeGeePee! Can you get somebody to drive out of the hospital & turn back & take a pic of your room window, TeeBub? I think you should share your moon over Cleveland w/us!

Cat, you're the sweetest thang asking about that sweet little Sally!! I haven't talked to her adoptive owner in several months, but every time I do, little Sally's doing great & loves her home! She has 2 other little Shih Tzus that she lives with. One is a senior girl who isn't playful, but little Sally & the young one play all the time. And all 3 sleep in bed w/their owner! She landed in a great home!
Sprocket, the foster I had after little Sally got placed in a great adoptive home, too.
And here's my current foster... her name's Casey.

She was feral, pulled out of a junkyard when she was about a year old. She lived in the shelter for 3 years. They thought she had too much anxiety to be able to live in a home, but the last year she was there she was getting progressively worse, so they talked me into trying her out. I thought there would be no way I could handle her living w/me. She lived in my bedroom closet for quite some time, & would get frantically anxious if she had to be out in the apt. or outside. But I've learned that time, love & patience make for a miraculous cocktail. She's been w/me for about a year (yikes! WAY too long!!) and she is not even recognizable. The Foster Care Coordinator cried the last time she saw her b/c her progress is so amazing. She's pretty 'normal' now & is ready to be adopted! She can get flirty & playful & just plain adorable at times! '-)
YOU are da bomb my love!!!
You are doing wonders with these sweet critters. I admire your devotion to them.

(And 'sprocket' is one of my favorite words! Hee hee!)
ok folks, gather up!
Hi gang I came over here to see whats up. Looks like Seattle has Cuppa missing the East Coast.
Been lots of conversations about dying and divorce and such over in the forum, So think I"ll go
Brush up on my legalize. I'm going to watch "Legally Blond".
Darn it Robbie, I was off checking my FB. Missed you again.
Not sure how you got missing the east coast out of that my friend. Everyone there is sweltering. I'll be back on the east coast for a couple months. Long enough to make me want to get cool again. I should be back the third week of June.
I consider Nashville the East Coast. Weatherwise, It only got up to 95 here in Livingston today.
