The person above me can't wait to meet a representative from his local Water Dept. this morning & is so looking forward to walking his property w/him, in hopes of finding a leak.

He just left. WONDERFUL news! We have a hot water line UNDERNEATH our basement floor, and it's leaking! We get to jackhammer up the concrete to fix it! Yay!!!
