Sarah Palin speaks about the Gulf oil spill

Sarah Palin is now speaking out about the oil spill in the....what's that.....she's not speaking out....she remains strangely silent? That's not like Sarah. Perhaps she's not feeling well...or something.

Where is the bluster now, Ms. I can't shut the hell up?

Speaking as someone who has recently moved to the gulf coast I find this oil spill quite disturbing. I'm actually surprised that Ms. Sarah hasn't some kind of stupid comment about it like "Oh oil is good for the water" or something equally stupid.

I noticed...now that our Congresscritters are busy at each other's throats, I fear Big Oil is going to SLOOOOWWWWWWWWWLLLY creep up the price of oil again. At least they couldn't YoYo it as free wheelingly as they did when Jethro was in office. I fear, if the demoncraps lose too much of Congress this November...Xmas could be bleak indeed.

Gee, you know. somehow I missed pictures of her and The First Dude in their chest waders working through the 10 million gallons dumped into Prince Edward Sound. Her statement is another of those "I can see Russia" empty headed blather that are her stock and trade..and true demonstration of her political 'depth'.

Just for arguments sake, what would you folks have liked her to say? Ultimately, this came at a really bad time. The White House signs off on more off-shore drilling, and this happens. While I am the first one to call for alternatives to oil, we're years out from re-tooling society to facilitate that.

Now Discovery has chosen her to do a special called Sarah Palins Alaska..I thought it was a joke..Give me a break, but no..It's true. Many organizations are taking signatures to get it stopped....Hey, not only did she want the ariel slaughter, she needed the legs they stood on too...Shame on Discovery channel.
