YES there are some. for my wife and myself, there is the tried and true missionary position. seems her belly is in the way and i am must not long enough to do the job in that position.

The scissors is good, and you can do so much while in this position. I agree this one is god. A Gf said sometimes she stands with one foot up on a chair, footstool, and he husband stands either in front or behind her, entering her. They would be near a wall, so there was extra support, but both had their hands free then for a lot of other enjoyment.
