I think it has just begun. Now they are saying old people will be put to death if Obama gets his health care bill passed. That on top of saying Obama is not a citizen and is a Socialist! There are a lot of crazy, right-wing fringe lunatics out there and their numbers seem to be growing. They have no good ideas so they can only scare people to try to get their way.

HARD numbers are difficult to argue with though. Less than 31% of the population now considers itself CONSERVATIVE. Less than 25% consider themselves Republican. That according to the latest Pugh Research Poll.
I guess that shows you can only marginalize so much. -

Most reasonable people would not want to admit they were Republican after what GW did to this country and now what the Right Wing Lunatics are trying to do with their fear tactics. They can attract the fringe but not the majority because most people can see through their tactics. They have been sold too many "Mushroom Clouds", "The sky is falling", "Socialists are taking over", "Death Panels", etc.

Wow! I am so worried I am almost thinking maybe I will be looking forward to those "Death Panels" that Obama is setting up! I will be 65 this month anyway and will then be eligible for that Socialist Social Security and Medicare too! I am thinking all registered Republicans should refuse Social Security and Medicare benefits since it is such an evil government run, Socialist program.
