Lasagna

I made Lasagna today.  I forgot how much work it was, but it came out so good.  That's one of the few dishes I can make.  What's one of your specialties?

I made lasagna a few times. It is a lot of work. I used to like to make enchiladas but I have not done that for a long time.

Too lazy to make lasagna these days. Still make enchiladas, but stack them New Mexico style instead of rolling...being lazy again.
