I had a blast NOT. We had some chicken wings and I was in bed by 9:45 with the dog. I was asleep before 11. We did BBQ rubs today for dinner.
Helen, the bed started calling my name and away I went.
Am I the only one who feels this way? We watched CNN and switched for a moment to another channel or two. First of all, I wasn't familiar with most of the entertainers. Second...They were all terrible. These millennials are really untalented and the music...how do you say "sucks" nicely?
Steve, you are not alone. I thought it was blah.
I agree with you.
I'll appreciate any music as long as it's "good". This is not what I heard as I listened.
I stayed home and was in bed by 10 PM. I had to work all day new years eve so I was tired anyway. My youngest son and granddaughter and her kids came over new years an my son cooked some T-Bone steaks on my charcoal smoker. They turned out really good. Now everyone is supposed to come for tacos today.
I fell asleep in the afternoon and took quite a nap. When I woke up about 8:30, it felt like I'd slept enough so for the first time in a couple of years, I was awake to watch the ball drop. I was watching a three part episode of Night Court and switched over to ABC, saw a little of Jennifer Lopez's performance, back to Night Court then just before the ball was to drop in Times Square, I switched back to ABC. They New Year came in with me laughing. Night Court is so brilliantly funny.
