Not anymore. It hurts too much.

Not really but I do walk and I use resistance bands to strengthen my arms and legs and use them to do squats.  I also dance to keep my legs moving and pump up my breathing.  

My two favorite exercises are falling asleep or turning the pages of a book. Oh, a third: operating a computer mouse & keyboard.

Yes, now that outdoor biking season is over, I bike every morning on my stationary bike. Also do yoga and go for walks. I can't wait until it's safe to go back to the Y.

When I was in Col I did Silver Sneakers- since moving here- just haven't gotten started and now so many places closed- no excuse really.

I did until my back gave out..loved aerobics and zumba, but no more. Still use resistance bands and weights now and then and do squats to keep what's left of my core reasonably strong...pushing snow around helps, too. It does hurt, but...oh well.

I was never really into it. Now that I have to walk the dog I do anyway.

I thought I posted here but don't see it. Anyway, no I do not like it but I try to at least use my weights and bands, do squats and stretching. Walking is good too.

Once I start and get going, I like it. This includes dancing (even when I'm by myself) and walking.
