Members Help with Ning Group

So, I guess the Members Help with Ning Group has been discontinued? Anyone know if there's another group to replace it? Reason I'm asking is, for a while I wasn't getting email notifications of discussions or group activity at all (that function had been turned off; could've sworn I didn't turn it off but maybe so); so I turned the notifications back on and am getting them again which is great, but I'm getting notifications for discussions I'm *not* subscribed to also. Can it be fixed, do you think?

First click on settings

When that menu opens, click on email then check or clear all the email settings that you want. There are much more than shows in the pic below.

On the main group page you will see a list of topics

At the bottom of the list, you will see Add a Discussion.  Click on that and add your own post.
