When you travel, to you mostly stick to interstate highways or do you like to get off the beaten path or take the scenic route?

Love to take the scenic routes when I am not pressed for time and I'm familiar with the general area. Now when I'm not familiar with the area, such as when traveling out of state, I'll usually stick with the interstate.
