...The Ranch's answer to you -know - what - with no rules.

Go ahead...tell us what you're having for dinner - we can't wait! Got a cute pic of kitty peeking out of a paper bag? Post it! We live for that stuff!

Math addict? How about a refresher on the Pythagorean Theorem?

Like macaroni and cheese? Tell us why!

So even if you're not a writer or a poet (yet), there's still plenty of fun things to do at the Armadillo!

Oh baby, oh baby!

Ulp! I've been putting that off.

My husband has had it twice -- both very casual, in and out.  One of my co-workers had both eyes done at once back in the 60s, and he was hospitalized for two weeks with sandbags around his head so he couldn't move his head at all.  Then he had to wear those coke bottle glasses.  I'm glad I will have mine done this century.

The worst part for my husband was the eye drops.  How about you?

They have a thing now where you don't need the eyedrops after the procedure.

I went in...they gave me a valium...and several eye numbing eyedrops, followed by some anesthesia. The procedure lasted about 10 minutes while I was semi-conscious for about 45 minutes.

I was blurry, but drove myself to post op the next morning. The blurriness is lessening quickly and I will be ready for Round 2 in about two weeks.

Zero pain ...in fact, I watched in fascination as the laser broke apart the cataract and lens.

Yeah, he said there was no pain, and he was semi-conscious.  He made me drive him to the post-ops, though.

A must have item which will be obsolete in about a year and a half (I hope)

Sighs...

President Donald Trump said Sunday that he's "not sure that (he's) ever even heard of a Category 5" hurricane, despite four such storms having threatened the US since he took office.

"We don't even know what's coming at us. All we know is it's possibly the biggest. I have -- I'm not sure that I've ever even heard of a Category 5. I knew it existed. And I've seen some Category 4's -- you don't even see them that much," Trump said at a briefing with officials at FEMA's headquarters in Washington, DC.

"But a Category 5 is something that -- I don't know that I've ever even heard the term other than I know it's there. That's the ultimate, and that's what we have unfortunately," he added, in reference to Hurricane Dorian.

The comments from the President came just before Dorian, a dangerous Category 5 storm, made landfall on the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas. The storm is the most recent of four Category 5 hurricanes to hit parts of the US since Trump assumed the Oval Office

Did you get a chance to attend the Bevin/Don Jr. Rally? I hear their was plenty of room and no waiting in line.

JaJaJa!

I heard that The Clown was rushed to the hospital this morning - shortly after discovering that he did not appear in any of the top 10 news headlines of all the major news organizations.

His condition at the time of this writing was listed as "Guarded".

More as events unfold.

:-)

Gosh, Mr. Precedent,

I just heard about all the confusion about your Hurricane Dorian “forecast” and the state of Alabama, and how it was all a big mistake and not your fault because someone had put an extra line on the map , and...and...and...heck, those darn weather maps can be sooo confusing!

Maybe it would be a good Idea if you didn’t give weather reports anymore because there are other places where we can get them, such as NOAA, The Weather Channel, Accuweather, WeatherBug, and even Channel 2!

And then you would have more time to give us  reports and “forecasts” on what’s going on with the North Korean Dictator, your replacement for Healthcare, the trade war with China…and even the grounds conditions on all of your golf courses!

And I’m really, really, glad that you fired that mean Ms Westerhout for telling on you about your daughter. And you were right - those words were very hurtful. I’m glad you never use hurtful words, Mr. Precedent.

Besides, all you have to do is tell her to wear one of those moo moo dresses - that way it’ll be ok when she comes over to visit. That’s what my Mom does.

Your Friend,

Little BMikey

Love it, BMikey!
