Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Smoked salmon--yum! As kids, we smoked fresh-caught salmon at a family summer home on an island in Puget Sound (it took all day) then ravenously ate it with our hands. Add a friend from TBD and a beer and your meal must have been perfect.
