yes, and by hand, as she had no sewing machine. It  was little red riding hood, with blonde braids.

yeas, I did. crochet and knitting too.

Nope, not a storm. My mom was the knitting machine--incredibly fast, intricate, and beautiful.  She taught me her version of knitting (she'd taught herself as a kid, so it differs a bit from the traditional European style), but I could never remember much but knitting and purling. So, I knit as long as she was alive to consult.

You enjoy putting colors and patterns together (like material for a quilt or yarn for a fair isle sweater).
