Just last night, I was approached by a woman, walking with a cane asking me for some money. She told me she has the Alcheimers disease. While I'm digging thru my purse looking for money I notice her nails are perfectly manicured. i made a comment about how great they looked and she said "honey you need to go to so and so down the street"
I don't think I can top that. did you give her any money?
I did. I found 4.00 and some change.
I refused to give some guy a dollar at the drive through of a McDonalds in Denver. He then said he knew where I lived and was going to come over and rape my wife (she was in the car).
Called the cops who then proceeded to give me the third degree about what I did to insult 'the poor man'.
Denver and Denver cops are totally weird.
they're a mile high.
Tim, while we lived in Denver, there were three different cases 'like' where an off-duty (drunk?) Denver cop shot some guy through his rear window as he was driving away -- over a fight over a girl in the club they were at.
Every time the cop got off, and not by the girl.
Out here, cops are pretty friendly - not in Denver. To tell the truth, we were a bit afraid of them.
remember the "cannibal cop"?
just the ordinary eyes-meeting-over-a-circumstance kinda thing. Where something's going on in our presence and we KNOW what the other is thinking about it. Maybe that's unweird and all the other stuff is weird. Peace, brother.
