Picked up THE LIFE WE BURY this morning and devoured first 70 pages at the gym. Very eager to get back to it tonight!

Eaglewoman- I'm glad you liked the book.  I read it in a day & a half and now DH is reading it.  He likes it too.  

I started reading The Gravedigger's Daughter but had to stop half way through it.  It was getting me depressed.  What an unhappy book.  

I went from 'Gravedgiger's' to Flowers for Algernon which is also a sad book but somehow not depressing.  I just finished it and had to take a moment to wipe the tears from my eyes.  I'm going to see if the library has the movie 'Charly' which was inspired by the book.  I think I may have seen it back in the late 60's but don't remember much... only that Cliff Robertson played the lead.
