Really stupid, ignorant, bigoted, mean-spirited people in positions of power.
And, in as much as "skeeved out" means wanting to stomp the object of skeevosity out of existence and grind it into a grease spot on a hot asphalt road - Yeah, I think "skeeved out" applies here.
