Asking a (former) friend's kid why he was so mean. (He actually was--and still is, I hear--mean and he was really acting up but still, I wish I'd kept my mouth shut.)

I told the truth to my son's soon to be ex wife. She totally cut off communicating with me. If I had kept my mouth shut, I'd probably get more news about my grandkids. (She unfriended me on FB.) They live 450 miles away and her pictures of them were the only ones I got of them. It's like I just lost all contact with 4 of my 8 grandchildren. (At least for now.) It pisses me off and breaks my heart that she put me in the middle of their differences.
