One can not blame them individually ... it is the unstated platform of Republicans because it's a learned belief system held by most of the country's geographic cultures pre-Revolution and pre-Civil War, except for Northern and NE Coastal States, German and French influence. British and Spanish Political Cultures towed today's Republican Culture, politically and religiously -- a few dictators but mostly sheep who want to be told what to do.
