Suspense writer Michael Palmer dies at age 71

"NEW YORK (AP) -- Michael Palmer, a physician and best-selling suspense author whose "Extreme Measures" was adapted into a 1996 film of the same name starring Hugh Grant and Gene Hackman, has died."

I have read a number of Michael Palmer medical novels over the years which are in the genre Robin Cook has made popular. Palmer often integrates the medicine with politics.

It seems a host of novelist have passed away recently.  Here is a web site with his books:  http://www.michaelpalmerbooks.com/books

What? I loved many of his books! His later ones seemed preachy....I'll check on that.

Thanks MANDY.  Have not read any of Palmer's books but will give them a look/see as I'm medically oriented.

OOPS
Robin Cook was the preachy one....I think...pass the Ginko
